Week 4 is here people and I don’t know about you, but there’s something about your team playing a morning international game that annoys the bejesus out of me. I won’t lie, overall I’ve come around on these games and rather enjoy them as long as my squad isn’t involved. I mean it’s hard to hate having football all Sunday long. However enough about Washington as always this isn’t a blog about them BUT man oh man should I have picked them as the Dawg last week because I actually would’ve gotten something right. Instead we farted a dismal 0-3 Week 3. The Vikes and Bucs were a painful watch for the Over as it felt in reach but sloppy flag-ridden football killed that bet. Then there’s the Dawg where the Titans had a chance to prove us right but instead Cam Ward threw a pick in the endzone in the final minute. And lastly there’s the Bungles who decided to do that thing where they routinely make me look like a fool for believing in them. Safe to say things could be going better here but hey we fall? So we can chase our losses, so let’s get into it.

Full disclosure all these write ups are gonna be brief because I’m locked into London football but maybe that means less rambling and better picks. As for this Over even though I don’t love the number both of these teams should be able to score. Sure both have had their issues so far but come on Stafford and Hurts should be able to get us there. If not then I can just complain about the Iggles which I’m always ready to do.

Maybe it’s because I’m watching a London game but riding with Jacksonville today feels right. Sure I haven’t always believed in Trevor Lawrence but something about the Jags this year seems legit. And then there’s the Bengals who I foolishly bought into after the first couple weeks only for them to get pantsed by a geretric Aaron Rodgers. I think last week showed us who both of these teams really are and I like the Jags to not only cover but also to win outright. Hope you’ve been practicing your Liam Coen impersonation because we’ll be saying DUUUUUUVALLL today.

Feel like I was obligated to feature this matchup of undefeated teams in some way but won’t even hide it, this is a hater pick all day every day. Think Kirk has been great so far but that horseshoe falls out of his butt today. Spags knows how to make a QB like Cousins uncomfortable and this fun start for Vegas is gonna end very abruptly today. Mahomes and company are also coming off a sloppy performance against the Dolphins so I think they will bounce back and remind everyone who owns the AFC West.

We are off to a very poor start with the parlays this year and I think it’s time for a shake up. The point of contributing to Bick’s Picks is to help make everyone some money and I have not lived up to that. The parlays haven’t worked but I’ve hit a player to score 2 touchdowns every week so far so we are going to do that instead. This week the pick is going to be Derrick Henry as he faces off against his old team the Titans. Henry is off to a hot start this year and has already found the end zone 6 times. Look for that to continue Sunday and bet on Henry to score at least twice.
